About Aradia:
Aradia Willow Grew up in Eugene Oregon and has been an Oregon LMT since 1998. She has lived and worked all around the world including PuraVida in Costa Rica, Breitenbush Hot Springs in Oregon, and Harbin Hot Springs in California. Aradia has now settled down in Portland and found her ideal practice at Body Aware Massage. Aradia comes from a family of healers and teachers and she has always been immersed in the Healing Arts. Her first structured study of bodywork was in Shiatsu at age 15 and by the time she was 17 she was a Reiki Master. At age 18 was licensed to do Massage and then she began travelling extensively. She studied Yoga in India, Thai massage in Thailand, and backpacked around Mexico and Central America finally settling in Costa Rica for 2 years.

Aradia is known to be a strong and talented therapist, with a speciality in Deep Tissue sessions that are highly effective and deeply relaxing. After a serious motor vehicle accident in 2009, Aradia came to a personal understanding of how important bodywork is for injury healing. Aradia has always had a strong interest in how the body functions and how the body heals.

About Elizabeth:
Elizabeth Pond, studied massage at East West College and graduated in 2005. Inspired by her Massage practice she went on to study skin care science at Aesthetics Institute, to further support her clients with the skills of an Esthetician. Every bodywork session that Elizabeth does is tailored to the individuals needs. From a sports massage for the weekend athlete to a peaceful escape treatment for a working mom. She is known for being a talented Massage Therapist, and Skin Care expert. Elizabeth enjoys helping people feel better and achieve overall well being with Massage Therapy & Skin Care Science.

About Hazel:
Hazel Frost has a lifelong passion for the healing arts and is very excited to be offering therapeutic bodywork at Body Aware. She studied Massage Therapy at The National Holistic Institute in San Francisco, CA in 2009, completing their 720-hour program. After graduation, she pursued an intensive 400-hour program in Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy, where she had the opportunity to more deeply study a wide range of injuries and conditions and massage therapy's role in the healing process. Hazel integrates this technical knowledge with intuition and sensitivity to each client's needs, to create a session that is deeply relaxing and highly effective in relieving pain, restoring range of motion to the joints, and shortening recovery time.

Hazel specializes in Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. She is also a Reiki Master and Certified Health Educator. She believes that our quality of life is deeply affected by our relationship to our body, and loves being able to contribute to the health of the community through massage.
