Due to the Winter Flu and Cold season we ask that you do not arrive sick. Massage is not recommended while you are sick and we would also like to prevent the spread of illness. However late cancellations and rescheduling have a big impact on our small business.

We reserve time especially for you! We want to accommodate as many people as possible and that includes you. As soon as you know you need to cancel or reschedule please let us know and we will make every effort to book your appointment time with another client. Thank you for your consideration.

  • Arriving after your scheduled appointment time will shorten the length of your visit.
  • If we are going to be billing your insurance we will need to verify your eligibility before your first appointment. If we do not have all the information needed before your first visit you will be responsible for payment at our regular hourly rate.
  • You will be responsible for payment of any of your visits not covered by your insurance.
  • For Couple's Massage and Signature Treatments we require a Credit Card to Reserve your appointment, no charge will be made to the card, unless the appointment is canceled with less then 24 hours notice.
