For those of you wanting to come
in regularly, including pregnant women in preparation for
delivery you can purchase pre-paid series for a discount. You
may also team up with a friend or family member to purchase
packages together. *No other discounts may be used with a
pre-paid series.

Policies
*Due to
the Winter Flu and Cold season we ask that you do not arrive
sick. Massage is not recommended while you are sick and we
would also like to prevent the spread of illness.
However late cancellations and rescheduling have a big
impact on our small business.
We reserve time especially
for you! We want to accommodate as many people as possible and
that includes you. As soon as you know you need to cancel or
reschedule please let us know and we will make every effort to book
your appointment time with another client. Thank
you for your consideration.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we kindly
request a 36- hour notice. If Cancellations
are made without 24-hour notice you will be responsible
for payment in full, or your gift certificate will be
considered redeemed. This does not apply if we are able fill your
appointment time with another client or in the case of an
emergency.Missed appointments with no notification are billed to
you in full and must be paid before your next visit.
- When scheduling a Signature treatments we require a
credit card # to reserve your appointment time. Your credit
card will be charged in full if you cancel without a 24-hour
notice.
- Arriving after your scheduled appointment time will shorten
the length of your visit.
- If we are going to be billing your insurance we will need to
verify your eligibility before your first
appointment. If we do not have all the information needed
before your first visit you will be responsible for payment at our
regular hourly rate
- You will be responsible for payment of any of your visits not
covered by your insurance.
