The ultimate massage experience, integrating all of your favorites. First the therapist chooses an aromatherapy blend just for you, and begins with nourishing and relaxing swedish massage. This is followed by a hot stone massage to warm and melt your muscles to prepare for a focused deep tissue massage addressing areas of tension. Next, aromatic steam towels are applied to face, hands, and feet, and finally a moisturizing lotion is applied to these areas for the final touch.
Head to Toe

When you're wanting total relaxation and indulgence, for body and skin. This delightful treatment begins with a one hour Swedish massage to relax your aching body followed by a botanical facial to renew your skin and face the world refreshed. Facials use 100% vegan products, to hydrate and renew. Good for all Skin Types.
Relax and Renew

This session is designed for relaxing, detoxifying and supporting a healthy immune system. It begins with a gentle massage focusing on moving lymph towards the lymph nodes, which naturally increases the bodies bodies ability to heal and detoxify. This is followed by a body scrub with an organic coconut sugar scrub, combining the natural alpha hydroxy acids of sugar for the best exfoliate and the moisturizing antioxidant effects of coconut oil. Then steam towels, to cleanse and release the old, allowing for an emergence of a new radiate you! The session completes with a soothing relaxing foot massage, using reflexology points selected to support your ideal health.
It is recommended that you come your session hydrated and avoid alcohol and caffeine in the days immediately before, since the 'Relax and Renew' is powerful tool in supporting your bodies natural detoxifying processes.

This treatment begins when you immerse your feet in a warm foot soak steeped with organic herbs. While warm stones are resting between your toes you will have time to sit back and relax. You will then receive a salt scrub followed by a massage to your feet and lower legs. Then it's off to the table for a warm oil scalp massage and acupressure treatment on your face to address areas of tension and continues on to an hour long deep tissue massage customized to your needs. Aromatic steam towels and a moisturizing lotion on your feet will complete your experience.
